Laser Engraving
A focused laser beam removes the surface material to create crisp, permanent text and graphics. Works on metal, wood, acrylic, glass, and leather. Our most popular method — precise, durable, and elegant.
Best for: Crystal awards, plaques, drinkware, frames
Sandblasting
High-pressure abrasive blasting etches deep into glass and crystal for a frosted, tactile finish. Creates beautiful contrast and dimension that laser alone can't achieve.
Best for: Glass awards, crystal trophies, beverage ware
UV Printing
Full-color, photo-quality printing cured directly onto the surface with UV light. Vibrant logos, gradients, and images rendered with precision. Ideal when color is essential.
Best for: Corporate gifts, branded merchandise, color logos

Approve the Proof
Review the layout, font, and spacing. Reply with approval or request changes — revisions are free, unlimited.
We Engrave & Ship
Once approved, production begins. Personalized items ship in 3–7 business days with tracking.
Personalization FAQ
What file format should I use for my logo?▾
Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS) produce the sharpest results. High-resolution PNG (300 DPI minimum) also works well. Low-resolution images from websites cannot be engraved cleanly — we'll let you know if we need a better file.
Can I engrave on both sides of a product?▾
Yes, on many products. Double-sided engraving is available on most plaques, frames, and some crystal pieces. Select this option on the product page or mention it in your personalization notes.
How long does a proof take?▾
Most proofs are delivered within 1 business day. Rush proofs (same-day) are available for corporate orders with tight deadlines — just contact us.
What if I spot a typo after approving the proof?▾
If the error is on your end (you approved something incorrect), we can re-engrave at a reduced cost. If the error is ours, we redo it at no charge and expedite shipping.
Is there a character limit for engraving?▾
Character limits vary by product and font size. Each product page lists approximate limits. If your message is longer, contact us — we can often accommodate with a font adjustment.
Can I order personalized items in bulk?▾
Absolutely. We handle bulk personalized orders for corporate awards programs, wedding favors, and event gifts. Each piece gets its own proof or we can do a batch approval — your call.
